Eunice has been picking flowers in the garden at the Saint Nicholas Children's Hospice. She is 4 years old. Last year, she fell victim to rape by her mother's boyfriend and subsequently was diagnosed with HIV. She is reacting well to her ARV-treatment and is now fostered by a white family.

Born with HIV, Mohanuwa Majela died of AIDS at the Saint Nicholas Children's Hospice on Dec. 9 2006. She was twelve. Her name, Mohanuwa, means 'unwanted' in SeSoto.
